Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Montana sapphire. Because color and brilliance can vary depending on lighting and screen calibration, we offer a 30-day inspection period on all gemstones. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The gemstone must be returned in its original condition — not damaged, altered, recut, or set in jewelry.
  • If an item is returned with damage, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of repair and any loss of value.
  • Custom-cut stones (cut specifically at your request) are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
  2. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance for the full value of the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned gemstone, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
